BUYER: the user who registers and purchases a paid plan, with the name, address and contact details declared at the time of the order.
Subject
The subject is the sale and delivery of the digital service subscription ordered electronically by the BUYER, whose characteristics and price are set out below.
The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. Delivery occurs when payment is confirmed and the account is moved onto the plan.
Plan and payment
The plan name, monthly price, page quota and over-quota terms are shown on the order screen and in the attached Preliminary Information Form.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is taken by Paddle, the merchant of record, in its own name. Neither the SELLER nor the SERVICE PROVIDER stores card details.
The invoice for your purchase is issued and sent to you by Paddle. Your invoice history is also listed on the billing screen in your account.
Payment-related support requests and refunds are handled by Paddle. Refund terms are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The subscription renews at the end of each period on the same terms unless the BUYER cancels.
Right of withdrawal
Under article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form once performance has begun with the BUYER's approval.
The BUYER therefore accepts that, by approving immediate performance at checkout, the right of withdrawal is lost.
This does not remove consumer rights in the event of a defective service. Refund terms are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Dispute resolution
For complaints and objections the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
