Terms of Service
The rights and obligations of both sides while you use the service.
Parties and subject
This agreement is between Ramazan Uzunkavak and the user who registers for the service. By registering you accept these terms.
The service lets you design document templates visually and generate PDF and DOCX documents through an API.
Payment and merchant of record
Payment for paid plans is taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, in its own name. Paddle issues the invoice for the purchase.
Payment-related support requests and refunds are handled by Paddle; support about using the service is provided by us. Refund terms are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the sales relationship is set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Your card details never reach us and are not stored by us.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. Do not embed an API key in a browser or mobile application.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
Your content
Your templates and the data you post through the API belong to you. You grant us only the limited processing rights needed to deliver the service.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you send and for not infringing third-party rights.
Fonts you upload are not embedded into Word output unless you hold and grant redistribution rights.
Unacceptable use
Producing unlawful documents, forging records, or infringing intellectual property rights.
Attempts to overload the service or to defeat its security measures.
Reselling the service or using it to build a competing service without our written permission.
Service level and liability
The service is provided 'as is'. Uninterrupted operation is not warranted unless a separate written service level agreement is signed.
We accept no liability for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
These limits do not displace mandatory consumer protection rules.
Termination
You may close your account at any time; closure takes effect at the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms. Where possible, notice is given before suspension.
Governing law
Turkish law applies. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. For users who qualify as consumers, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
