Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing screen in your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep access until then and are not charged for the next period.

Refunds

Because the digital service is performed immediately, a used period is not normally refunded.

If the service is substantially unusable for reasons attributable to us, a pro-rata refund is given for the unusable time.

Duplicate charges taken in error are refunded in full once identified.

Timing and method

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method and card within 14 days. The bank's own settlement time is additional.

Quota and usage

Unused page quota does not carry over and is not refunded.

There is no per-page overage charge: rendering stops when the quota runs out. So cancelling never leaves you with an overage amount you did not expect.

How to ask

Refund requests are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. The primary route is to contact Paddle directly through the link in your purchase confirmation e-mail.

You may also send your request to info@pdfgine.com from your account's e-mail address; we then settle it with Paddle on your behalf.
